The Convention also has auxiliaries/bodies that perform various ministries:

Coast for Christ Fishing Ministry by Sankor Baptist Church, Sankor
National Ministers' Conference. This body is made of recognized Ministers (both male and female) of the Convention. The President of the National Ministers' Conference is Rev. Samuel Otu-Pimpong, the Senior Pastor of Legon Baptist Church, Accra. There are local Baptist Ministers' Fellowship around the country, where they meet to deliberate on issues affecting their ministries and the Convention.
Men's Ministry: It has the Royal Ambassadors made up of boys between ages 10-20 under their supervision.
Women Missionary Union (WMU): It has the following groups under their supervision:
a) Mission Friends: It comprises both boys and girls of ages between 0-5
b) Girls In Action: It is made up of girls between ages 6-11
c) Acteens: This group is made up of girls between ages 12-17
d) Baptist Young Ladies: This group is made up of young women between ages 18-30 who are not married.
e) Women Missionary Society which is made up of women (both married and single) of ages 30 and above.
Youth Fellowship: This group is made up of both male and female who are between the ages of eighteen and thirty (18-30) years.
Children Ministry: There are organized programmes and activities at both local church level, Associational level and National level for nurturing and educating our children. Some of the big churches in the Convention have introduced Teen Ministry/Service.
National Union of Baptist Students (NUBS): The body comprises all the Baptist Student Unions (BSUs) in the tertiary institutions in the Country.
The Union undertake evangelistic/outreach programmes annually known as Student Holiday.
Outrach Programme (SHOP) the Baptist Student Unions (BSUs) hold meetings to study the Bible, pray, and worship the Lord. They also organize actiivities to help themselves. ThroughtheBSU ministry, the Convention has been able to raise some leaders who serve in the local churches and hold key positions in the Convention set up. NUBS has started forming Junior Baptist Student Unions (JBSUs) in the 2nd cycle schools in the country.
Association of Baptist Business Executives (ABBEX). This body's main aim is to mobilize resources to help the Convention to promote evangelism and mission. The group is formed into Chapters which currently operate in Accra, Kumasi and Tema.
Association of Ghanaian Baptist Overseas (AGBO). This group is made up of Ghanaian Baptists leaving in overseas including those studying in various institutions. The aim of the body is to mobilize resources to assist the Ghana Baptist Theological Seminary at Abuakwa-Ashanti and the Ghana Baptist Convention. AGBO is currently active in the USA.
